Catalog No. ABIN5539993
Quick Overview for Intestinal Alkaline Phosphatase antibody (Biotin) (ABIN5539993)
This product detects bovine Alkaline phosphatase. Cross reactivity against Alkaline phosphatase from other tissues and species may occur but have not been specifically determined. Immunoelectrophoresis give a single precipitin arc against anti-biotin, anti-rabbit serum as well as purified and partially purified Alkaline phosphatase [calf intestine].
Purification
Delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer
Western Blot : 1/500-1/2,000. ELISA : 1/4,000-1/20,000. This antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Alkaline phosphatase in a standard capture ELISA using peroxidase conjugated streptavidin and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature. A working dilution of 1/4,000 to 1/20,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested.
