Application Note: This affinity-purified antibody has been tested in ELISA and western blotting assays.  The antibody reacts specifically with acetylated lysine residues.  Although not tested, this antibody is suitable for direct immunofluorescence, RIA, flow cytometry, and immunohistochemistry.
