Specificity: This antibody detects endogenous level of EGFR only when phosphorylated at serine1070.

Purification: Antibodies were purified by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. Non-phospho specific antibodies were removed by chromatogramphy using non-phosphopeptide.

Immunogen: EGFR (Phospho-Ser1070) antibody was raised against a peptide sequence around phosphorylation site of serine 1070 (R-Y-S (p) -S-D) derived from Human EGFR.
