Immunohistochemistry: 2-10 μg/mL (Paraformaldehyde fixed tissues). Immunofluorescence: 2-10 μg/mL (Paraformaldehyde fixed tissues). Note: The use of 0.5-1 % milk in all primary/secondary antibody-enzyme conjugate incubations is recommended to suppress non-specific bands.
