Specificity
- Recognizes human Myostatin. Species cross-reactivity: mouse, rat. Recent testing data indicate that the antibody is cross-reactive (~30 % ) with recombinant human, mouse and rat GDF11. Other cross-reactivities tested were against recombinant mouse GDF1, GDF3, GDF5, GDF6 and GDF9, all of which exhibited less than 1 % cross-reactivity with the antibody.
