Approved: IHC (5 - 15 μg/mL), WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)

Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~1 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Shows <1 % cross-reactivity with recombinant human ACE. Immunohistochemistry: 5-15 μg/mL. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested.
