Specificity
- Specific for the active form of beta-catenin, non-phosphorylated on Ser37 and Thr41.1 A non-specific protein, Mr 130kD, was also detected when used at higher concentrations. Species cross-reactivity: Mouse and rat (100 % ). Predicted to cross-react with frog and chicken (97/100), porcine (99/100) and zebrafish (91/100) based on epitope sequence homology. Does not cross-react with Drosophila. Others not tested.
