Usage: Applications:Suitable for use in ELISA, Immunocytochemistry and WesternBlot. Other Applications not tested.Recommended Dilution:Direct ELISA: 0.5-1 μg/mL. The detection limit for recombinanthuman Neuroglycan C is approximately 0.3 ng/well.Western Blot: 1 μg/mLImmunocytochemistry: 10 μg/mL was used to detect NeuroglycanC in sections of adult mouse cerebellum. Cells were fixed withPBS containing 4 % paraformaldehyde for 20 minutes at roomtemperature and blocked with PBS containing 10 % normaldonkey serum, 0.1 % Triton X-100, and 1 % BSA for 45 minutesat RT, After blocking, cells were incubated with dilutedLS-C123249 for 3 hours at RT followed by NorthernLights 557donkey anti-sheep lgG at RT for 1 hour. Between each step, cellswere washed with PBS containing 0.1 % BSA.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher
