Usage: Suitable for use in Neutralization, ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA: 0.5-1.0 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~0.1 ng/well. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL. The detection limit is ~0.5 ng/lane and 1 μg/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions. Neutralization: ~5-20 μg/mL to neutralize 7.5 ng/mL of human Activin AB on K562 cells.
