Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA and Western Blot. ELISA (direct): 0.5-1.0 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect human C4.4A. The detection limit for rhC4.4A is approximately 0.2 ng/well. Western Blot: 1.0 μg/mL. Tissue lysates were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to an Immobilon-P membrane and immunoblotted with 1 μg/mL sheep anti-hC4.4A. -
