Usage: Suitable for use in Western blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL with the appropriate secondary reagents to detect mouse CD55. The detection limit for rmCD55 is approximately 1 ng/lane and 5 ng/lane under non-reducing and reducing conditions, respectively. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
