Background
-
Goat polyclonal to formimidoyltransferase cyclodeaminase (FTCD) - Golgi complex marker. This protein is a bifunctional enzyme that plays important roles in coupling histidine catabolism with folate metabolism. It binds and promotes bundling of vimentin filaments originating from the Golgi. Diseases such as glutamate formiminotransferase deficiency and autoimmune hepatitis have been associated to this enzyme.
58K Golgi protein, Formimidoyltransferase Cyclodeaminase, LCHC antibody.
