Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin embedded Human Testis. Recommended concentration: 5 μg/mL.

Western Blot: Approx 35 kDa band observed in lysates of cell line PD19 and doublet of 30+35 kDa in lysates of cell line K562 (calculated MW of 34.3 kDa according to NP_078775.1). Recommended concentration: 1-2 μg/mL. Primary incubation was 1 hour.

Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.
