Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation (IP)
  • Specificity

Recognizes bovine Acetyl Cholinesterase. Assay by IEP resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-goat serum as well as purified and partially purified Acetyl Cholinesterase.

    Purification

    Ion exchange chromatography

    Immunogen

    Acetyl Cholinesterase (Bovine Erythrocytes).

    Type of Immunogen: Cells

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

    Approved: ELISA (1:2000 - 1:5000), IP, WB

Usage: Suitable for Western Blot (Western or Dot Blot), ELISA, Immunoprecipitation, Conjugation and most immunological methods. ELISA: 1:2000-1:5000, 1 μg of Acetyl Cholinesterase was used in a standard sandwich ELISA with rabbit anti-goat (HRP)and ABTS as a substrate for 30 minutes at RT.
