  • Specificity

Recognizes S100 Protein. No significant reactivity is seen with other CABPs. Species cross-reactivity: Bovine, rat and human S100 intact or alpha and beta chains in both neural and non-neural tissues.

    Purification

    Immunoaffinity purified

    Immunogen

Purified bovine S100 protein (containing both alpha and beta chains).

    Type of Immunogen: Purified protein

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

    Approved: ELISA (1:10000 - 1:100000), IF (1:50 - 1:100), IHC, IHC-P (1:50 - 1:100), WB (1:2000 - 1:5000)

Usage: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence, ELISA, Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1:2000-1:5000. ECL. S100 protein (bovine and human) is ~21kD. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide/well. Immunohistochemistry & Immunofluorescence: 1:50-1:100 in indirect staining of formalin-fixed, paraffin embedded tissue section.
