Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, Func, Neut, WB (0.1 - 0.2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Neutralization and Western Blot. Direct ELISA: < 0.5 μg detects 0.2-0.4 ng/well of recombinant hIGF-II using 100 μL/well antibody solution. Neutralization: 3.1-4.6 mg/mL yields one-half maximal inhibition [ND50] of the biological activity of hIGF-II (10 ng/mL). Western Blot: 0.1-0.2 μg/mL detects recombinant hIGF-II at 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions. The applications listed have been tested for the unconjugated form of this product. Other forms have not been tested. -
