-
-
Specificity
- Recognizes human DC-SIGN on transfected NIH/3T3 cells and on monocyte derived dendritic cells at 44kD. Does not react with parental mouse cells or irrelevant transfectants, such as human DC-SIGN2.
-
Purification
- Protein G purified
-
Immunogen
- NIH/3T3 transfected with recombinant, human DC-SIGN.

Application Notes
-
Approved: ELISA, Flo, IHC (25 μg/mL), WB (1 - 2 μg/mL)
Usage: Suitable for use in ELISA, Western Blot, Immunohistochemistry, Adhesion Blockade and Flow Cytometry. Flow Cytometry (Immunophenotyping): 10 μL of 25-50 μg/mL labels up to 10^6 cells. Adhesion Blockade: 5 μg/mL (5x10^6 cells/well). Immunohistochemistry: 25 μg/mL detects human DC-SIGN in fixed cells and tissue sections. Western Blot: 1-2 μg/mL The detection limit is a ~5 ng/well under non-reducing and reducing conditions using a colorimetric detection system,. Chemiluminescent detection will increase sensitivity by 5 to 50 fold. -
