Specificity
- Native and recombinant latent Transforming Growth Factor-β1 (TGF-β1). The antibody binds to the Latency Associated Protein (LAP), which is a part of the latent TGF-β1 complex. The antibody does not bind to latent TGF-β2 or -β3.
-
Cross-Reactivity (Details)
- The monoclonal antibody cross-reacts with latent TGF-β1 from non-human primates.
-
Purification
- Purified from in vitro cultures by protein G affinity chromatography.
-
Immunogen
- Recombinant latent TGF-beta1
-
Isotype
- IgG1
