- Application Notes
- The anti-CD3 mAb is a useful tool for polyclonal activation of T cells. It can be added in solution or adsorbed to a solid phase. It is suitable for stimulation of T cells to induce secretion of IFN-γ in the ELISpot assay. It can also be used for induction of other T-cell cytokines, e.g. IL-2, IL-4, IL-13, IL-17A and perforin. The recommended concentration for cytokine secretion is 100 ng/mL but should be titrated.
