SOX6 (SRY (Sex Determining Region Y)-Box 6) is a transcriptional activator. Binds specifically to the DNA sequence 5-AACAAT-3. Plays a key role in several developmental processes, including neurogenesis and skeleton formation. SOX6 antibody (pAb) was raised in a Rabbit host. It has been validated for use in Western blot, it has been shown to react with Human samples.
