Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody binds to mouse CD28. The original mouse IgG1 version was shown to trigger T-cell proliferation in vitro and in vivo in a TCR-independent manner and is a superagonistic antibody. This antibody does not compete with E18 (Ab00286).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
