Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody, when fluorochrome-conjugated, has been used to achieve intracellular IL-9 staining of T cells, analysed using flow cytometry (Chang et al, 2010, Kim et al, 2010, Horka et al, 2012, Gomez-Rodriguez et al, 2016). This antibody has also been used in a sandwich ELISA to measure IL-9 secretion in supernatants collected from restimulated T cells (Jager et al, 2009).

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG1 format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
