- Flow Cytometry (FACS), Blocking Reagent (BR)
- Purpose
- Anti-Fc epsilon R [IB10], Mouse IgG1, kappa
- Specificity
- This antibody binds to human Fc epsilon receptor and competes with IgE binding.
- Characteristics
-
Original Species of Ab: Mouse
Original Format of Ab: IgG1
- Purification
- Protein A affinity purified
- Immunogen
- Recombinant human protein, N-terminus.
- Clone
- IB10
- Isotype
- IgG1 kappa
-
-
- Application Notes
- IB10 competes with IgE for binding to human FceRIa, consequently, its binding to mast cells and basophils is decreased when IgE concentration is high, but it does block IgE binding to these cells. IB10 and IE7 (Ab01397) do not crossblock each other's binding.
