Application Notes
- The specificity of this antibody for tetraspanin 1 has been confirmed in ELISA analysis (Hölters et al, 2013). This antibody has been used in immunohistochemical analysis of tetraspanin 1 expression in paraffin-embedded sections of normal and cancerous cervical tissue arrays (Hölters et al, 2013), and in frozen tissue samples. This antibody has also been used for immunocytochemical staining for tetraspanin 1 expression, in SiHa cells following adenoviral transduction (Hölters et al, 2013).
