Purpose
- Anti-PRMT5 [RAB-C136], Rabbit IgG, kappa
-
Specificity
- This antibody recognizes PRMT5 (Protein arginine N-methyltransferase 5). It binds to a folded domain, amino acids 269-637. PRMT5 is a arginine methyltransferase that can both catalyze the formation of omega-N monomethylarginine (MMA) and symmetrical dimethylarginine (sDMA), with a preference for the formation of MMA.
