Background:

Background: Key component of the super elongation complex (SEC), a complex required to increase the catalytic rate of RNA polymerase II transcription by Key component of the super elongation complex (SEC), a complex required to increase the catalytic rate of RNA polymerase II transcription by suppressing transient pausing by the polymerase at multiple sites along the DNA.
