Western Blotting (WB), ELISA, Immunofluorescence (IF), Immunohistochemistry (Paraffin-embedded Sections) (IHC (p))
  • Purpose

    ATRIP Polyclonal Antibody

    Specificity

ATRIP Polyclonal Antibody detects endogenous levels of ATRIP protein.

    Purification

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen

    Immunogen

Synthesized peptide derived from human ATRIP around the non-phosphorylation site of S68

    Isotype

    IgG
  • Application Notes

Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator. Suggested starting dilutions are as follows: WB (1:500-1:2000), IHC-P (1:100-1:300), IF (1:200-1:1000), ELISA (1:5000). Not yet tested in other applications.

    ATRIP (ATR Interacting Protein (ATRIP))

    Alternative Name

    ATRIP

    Background

Rabbit Anti-ATRIP Polyclonal Antibody,ATRIP, AGS1, ATR-interacting protein, ATM and Rad3-related-interacting protein,ATRIP encodes an essential component of the DNA damage checkpoint. The encoded protein (ATR interacting protein) binds to single-stranded DNA coated with replication protein A. The protein also interacts with the ataxia telangiectasia and Rad3 related protein kinase, resulting in its accumulation at intranuclear foci induced by DNA damage. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for ATRIP.,ATR-interacting protein
