    Background

Phosphoinositide 3-kinases (PI3Ks) phosphorylate inositol lipids and are involved in the immune response. The protein encoded by this gene is a class I PI3K found primarily in leukocytes. Like other class I PI3Ks (p110-alpha p110-beta, and p110-gamma), the encoded protein binds p85 adapter proteins and GTP-bound RAS. However, unlike the other class I PI3Ks, this protein phosphorylates itself, not p85 protein.,PIK3CD,APDS,IMD14,P110DELTA,PI3K,p110D,Epigenetics & Nuclear Signaling,Translation Control,Regulation of eIF4 and p70 S6 Kinase,Signal Transduction,Kinase,PI3K-Akt Signaling Pathway,mTOR Signaling Pathway,Protein Kinase C Signaling Pathway,ErbB-HER Signaling Pathway,MAPK-Erk Signaling Pathway,MAPK-JNK Signaling Pathway,Cell Biology & Developmental Biology,Apoptosis,Mitochondrial Control of Apoptosis,Inhibition of Apoptosis,Cell Adhesion,Cytoskeleton,Microtubules,Actins,TGF-b-Smad Signaling Pathway,ESC Pluripotency and Differentiation,Endocrine & Metabolism,Lipid Metabolism,AMPK Signaling Pathway,Insulin Receptor Signaling Pathway,Warburg Effect,Immunology & Inflammation,B Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway,T Cell Receptor Signaling Pathway,IL-6 Receptor Signaling Pathway,NF-kB Signaling Pathway,Toll-like Receptor Signaling Pathway,Cell Intrinsic Innate Immunity Signaling Pathway,TLR Signaling,Cardiovascular,Angiogenesis,PI3Ks and related,PIK3CD
