Immunohistochemistry (IHC), ELISA, Lateral Flow (LF), Immunoelectrophoresis (IEP)
  • Purification

    Affinity Purified

    Immunogen

Goats were immunized with highly purified bovine haptoglobin and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a haptoglobin containing immunosorbent. Antibody concentration was determined using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.
  • Application Notes

This antibody reacts with bovine haptoglobin as determined by IEP and ELISA techniques. It is suitable for blotting, ELISA, lateral flow and IHC applications. This antibody may cross react with haptoglobin from other species. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
