Immunogen: Goats were immunized with CHO Phospholipase B-Like 2 (PLBL2) of recombinant origin and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was solid phase adsorbed, immunoaffinity purified off a PLBL2 containing immunosorbent and conjugated with biotin. Antibody concentration was determined prior to conjugation using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Application Notes: This antibody reacts with CHO Phospholipase B-Like 2 (PLBL2) of recombinant origin and with PLBL2 secreted by a null CHO cell line as determined by ELISA techniques. It is suitable for blotting and ELISA applications. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
