Product Details anti-S-Tag Antibody (Agarose Beads)

Immunogen: Rabbits were immunized with highly purified S-tag peptide conjugated to KLH and the resulting antiserum was collected. Antibody was immunoaffinity purified off a peptide containing immunosorbent then coupled to agarose beads. Antibody concentration was determined prior to agarose coupling using an absorbance at 280 nm: 1.4 equals 1.0 mg of IgG.

Application Notes: This antibody reacts with S-tag as determined by IEP and ELISA techniques. It is suitable for immunoprecipitation. Optimal working dilutions should be determined experimentally by the investigator.
