IP: 2 - 10 μg/mg lysate
WB: Not recommended. ABIN7451080 has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of Swiprosin-1 in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of Swiprosin-1.

Alternative Name
 - Swiprosin-1
 -

Background
 - Background: Swiprosin-1 may regulate B-cell receptor (BCR)-induced immature and primary B-cell apoptosis. Swiprosin plays a role as negative regulator of the canonical NF-kappa-B-activating branch. It also controls spontaneous apoptosis through the regulation of BCL2L1 abundance [taken from the Universal Protein Resource (UniProt) Q96C19].
