IHC: 1:1,000 - 1:5,000. Epitope retrieval with citrate buffer pH 6.0 is recommended for FFPE tissue sections.
IP: 2 - 5 μg/mg lysate
WB: Not recommended. ABIN7453494 has not performed satisfactorily when used for WB of ERF in crude preparations (e.g. whole cell lysate). This antibody can be used for WB of enriched (e.g. immunoprecipitated) sources of ERF.

-
Alternative Name
- ERF

Background
- Background: Ets2 repressor factor (ERF) is a member of the ETS (e26 transformation specific sequence) family of proteins. ETS family members bear an ETS-domain, a DNA binding domain that recognizes purine-rich sequences. ERF functions as a transcriptional repressor and is an effector of the Erk signaling pathway.
