  • Target

    ATRIP (ATR Interacting Protein (ATRIP))

    Alternative Name

    ATRIP

    Background

Background: ATRIP (ATR-interacting protein) forms a complex with the serine-threonine kinase ATR (ataxia-telangiectasia mutated rad-3 related) to function in the DNA damage response. Through its interaction with replication protein A (RPA), ATRIP aids the recruitment of ATR to regions of DNA damage. ATR-ATRIP interacts with and is regulated by Rad17 and the 9-1-1 complexes.
