    Alternative Name

    NOL12

    Background

Background: Nucleolar protein 12 (NOL12) is a member of the RRP17 (ribosomal RNA-processing protein 17) family of proteins. NOL12 is inferred to be an RNA binding protein that binds 28S rRNA and localizes to the nucleolus. The function of NOL12 has not been characterized.
