Working strength must be determined by the user but a starting range of 1:20 - 1:200 is recommended for immunochemistry and blotting while 1:200 - 1:1,000 is recommended for enzyme immunoassays. Neutralizing. Functions in immunohistochemistry. Reacts well with bovine isolates.
