Cross-Reactivity (Details): Reactive with Adeno types 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7a, 8, 31, 40 & 41. Others not tested. Does not crossreact with Para 1-3, Infl. A & B, RSV, hMPV & Rhinovirus (type 16) UNINFECTED CELL REACTIVITY: Negative vs. HEp-2, LLCMK2 & Vero cells by indirect immunofluorescence

Purification: This product consists of purified IgG fraction of the above antiserum covalently coupled to a highly purified preparation of horseradish peroxidase (RZ >3) by methods. Care is taken to ensure adequate conjugation while preserving maximum enzyme activity. Free enzyme is absent. Immunoglobulin concentration in this product is 1-2 mg/ml. Estimated molar HRP:IgG substitution is 2-3.

Application Notes: TITER : > 1: 5,000 by ELISA, > 1:8,000 in IFA, > 1:1,000 in western blot immunoassay, This product is suitable for immunohistochemical, immunoblotting and EIA applications. Working strength must be determined by the user but a starting range of 1:20 - 1:200 is recommended for immunochemistry and blotting while 1:200 - 1:1,000 is recommended for enzyme immunoassays.
