Specificity: Rabbit myosin fast type heavy chain. Crossreacts with human myosin fast type heavy chain. The antibody also reacts with type II myosin heavy chain (both IIa and IIb) in rat, mouse, dog, sheep, pig and goat muscle.

Purification: Tissue culture supernatant

Immunogen: Native myosin extracted from rabbit psoas muscle.

Application Notes: Immunohistochemistry: Typical working dilution 1:10-1:40. Indirect immunoperoxidase technique (see overleaf). Western Blotting: Not recommended.
