Purpose
- Anti-Hu CD70 APC
-
Specificity
- The mouse monoclonal antibody Ki-24 recognizes an extracellular epitope of CD70, an approximately 50 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on activated lymphocytes and some B cell leukemias.
-
Purification
- Purified antibody is conjugated with activated allophycocyanin (APC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.

NCBI Full Gene Name: CD70 Molecule
Description: CD70, also known as TNFSF7 or CD27L, is a 50 kDa type II transmembrane glycoprotein of the TNF superfamily. It is expressed mainly on activated lymphocytes, including NK cells, and forms trimeric structure. CD70 plays a role in T-cell activation, proliferation and differentiation, in enhancing the generation of cytolytic T cells, and in long-term maintenance of T cell memory. It is also involved in B cell differentiation induced by activated plasmacytoid dendritic cells, which also express CD70.
