Application Notes
- This antibody binds to Factor H and has been used to determine Factor H levels in a sandwich ELISA assay (Daniels-Treffandier, 2016). Alone it has no effect on Factor H activity, but it is able to reduce the increase in cofactor activity mediated by the antibody clone OX24.
