Application Notes
- This antibody binds to SIRP alpha, and can consequently be used to label neuronal cells and myeloid cells, namely macrophages, monocytes, granulocutes and dendritic cells, in immunofluorescence and immunohistochemical studies (Robinson, 1986). Anti-SIRP ligation induces nitric oxide synthesis and oxidative burst in macrophages (Adams, 1998).
