Application Details

Application Notes: This antibody can be used to detect mouse ICOS by flow-cytometry. Maazi et al (2015, PMID: 25769613) showed that 7E.17G9 can inhibit ICOS interaction with its ligand ICOSL.

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Rat IgG2b format, for improved compatibility with existing reagents, assays and techniques.
