Application Notes
- CD20 is an established marker or target for B-cell lymphomas due to the expression of this antigen at high levels on malignant B cells which are associated with B cell lymphoma. This antibody is recommended for diagnosis and may be used for treatment of lymphomas and other immune mediated diseases in dogs and cats. RF2 is capable of binding canine, feline, murine and human CD20 in an ELISA (US20140294819). This antibody is also available in caninized and felinized versions on request.
