Application Details

Application Notes: The antibody specifically detected TCRβF1 protein in Western blot analysis. The antibody 38C2 and the commercial antibody 8A3 were used to stain Hodgkin's lymphoma and tonsil tissue. Results showed the antibody specificity is comparable to the commercial antibody. Further, the sensitivity of the antibody 32D5 was higher than the commercial antibody. The antibody and the commercially available antibody EPR20374 were simultaneously detected on the normal tissue chip, indicating that the specificity of the antibody in normal tissue was equivalent to that of the commercially available antibody (CN113307875A).

Comment:

This chimeric rabbit antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Mouse IgG2a format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
