    Tissue Specificity: Detected in brain. Detected at very much lower levels in heart, lung, placenta and skeletal muscle. Highly expressed in cerebellum, but also found in frontal cortex, hippocampus and basal ganglia.

    Background: SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase-activating protein 3 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the SRGAP3 gene. Predicted to enable GTPase activator activity. Predicted to be involved in negative regulation of cell migration. Predicted to be located in cytosol. Predicted to be active in cytoplasm.
