-
Purpose
- TGF-beta (Transforming Growth Factor beta)(TGFB/510)
-
Characteristics
- This MAb recognizes TGF beta 1, 2 and 3. TGFs inhibit the growth of epithelial cells and stimulate the growth of mesenchymal cells. Most breast lesions, benign and malignant, involve abnormal proliferation and altered architecture of stromal and/or epithelial elements.
-
Immunogen
- Full length recombinant human TGF-beta2 protein
-
Isotype
- IgG1, kappa

Application Notes
- For coating for ELISA, order Ab without BSA. Higher concentration may be required for direct detection using primary antibody conjugates than for indirect detection with secondary antibody. Optimal dilution and staining procedure for a specific application should be determined by user. Recommended starting concentrations for titration are 1-2 μg/mL for most applications, or 1 μg/million cells/100 μLfor flow cytometry
