Characteristics: The mouse monoclonal antibody B3 recognizes an extracellular epitope of human TCR Vgamma9, a variant of TCR gamma chain, which is expressed on a gamma/delta T cell subpopulation with cytolytic activity against various tumor cells.

Purification: Purified antibody is conjugated with fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC) under optimum conditions and unconjugated antibody and free fluorochrome are removed by size-exclusion chromatography.
