Usage: Flow Cytometry: 2.5 μg per 10e6 cells, Mouse splenocytes werestained with catalog #LS-C143773 followed by PerCP-conjugatedanti-Rat IgG F(ab')2 secondary antibody and a mouseB220/CD45R PE-conjugated monoclonal antibody.Immunocytochemistry: 8-25 μg/mL, CXCR5 was detected inimmersion fixed A20 mouse B cell lymphoma cell line usingcatalog #LS-C143773 at 10 μg/mL for 3 hours at roomtemperature. Cells were stained using the fluorescent-conjugatedanti-Rat IgG secondary antibody and counterstained with DAPI.Staining was localized to cell surfaces and cytoplasm.Optimal dilutions to be determined by the researcher.
