    Exon v6

    Specificity

Specifically recognizes an epitope encoded by exon v6 on the variant portion of human CD44.

    Isotype

    IgG1
  • Application Notes

Flow Cytometry: Recommended dilution is 1:20 as determined on RPMI8866 cells. Immunohistochemistry: The antibody can be used to stain both indirectly or directly acetone-fixed cryostat section or cell smears. Recommended is the alkaline phosphatase- anti-alkaline-phosphatase (APAAP), or peroxidase anti-peroxidase (PAP) procedures or the three stage immunoperoxidase technique on acetone-fixed cryostat sections. May be used at a concentration of 1-2 µg/mL for cryostat sections. Suitable for paraffin- embedded tissue after microwave treatment (1 x 5 min). May be used at a concentration of 1-2 µg/mL.
