Background
 - CFLAR might contribute to the carcinogenesis and aggressiveness of endometrial carcinoma and might be a useful prognostic factor in the tumor. CFLAR is specially overexpressed in colon cancers and it might contribute to carcinogenesis of normal colonic mucosa. Synonyms: Polyclonal CFLAR antibody, Anti-CFLAR antibody, CASP8 and FADD-like apoptosis regulator antibody.
